Cookies are small files a website may place on a device. Browser local storage and session storage perform similar functions by saving information in your browser. In this policy, “browser technologies” refers to all of these mechanisms.

• Authentication and security: keeping users signed in, storing session credentials, protecting account access, and supporting password or one-time-code flows.
• Storefront sessions: assigning a guest session, maintaining checkout continuity, and temporarily retaining a pending order or payment result.
• Preferences: remembering theme choices, selected stores, navigation state, and other interface settings.
• Business workflows: preserving temporary point-of-sale state, held sales, cash-session information, or customer-display state on the device where those features are used.

As of the date of this policy, the Flow web application does not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural advertising technologies. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required.

Payment pages, font providers, or other third-party services opened or loaded through Flow may use their own browser technologies. Their practices are governed by their own privacy and cookie notices. For example, a payment completed through Paystack is also subject to Paystack's policies.

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete stored website data. Blocking essential browser storage may prevent sign-in, checkout, preferences, or other core Flow features from working correctly. Signing out clears some authentication data; you can also clear site data through your browser settings.
